Technical Service

Our certified support staff brings years of expertise into your business to address problems as they arise both on-site and over the phone. We also offer emergency weekend service when you can't afford to have downtime during the week.

 

Our technical staff possess the following certifications and experience:

Network Technologies: Wired (Thinnet to Gigabit), Wireless (802.11a/b/g - short and long range), Local and Wide-area Networking, Terminal Services, Remote Access/VPN, Workgroup and Domain/Active Directory implementation, Microsoft Exchange, Database connectivity (MS/MySQL), Internet Services (DNS, Email, Web), Firewalling, TCP/IP, Industrial Communication.

Operating Systems: DOS, Windows 3.1/95/98, Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista (Server and Workstation/Professional),Windows 2003/2008 (Server),Windows CE, Windows XP Embedded,  MacOS (System 7 to Leopard), Linux (various distributions), BSD UNIX,

Microsoft Certified Professional/System Engineer, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+

Printers:

Along with systems and network support, we also offer on-site printer repair services, as well as installation/networking of new and existing equipment.

Cabling/Wireless

A good network requires a good foundation. Our experienced networking staff can ensure your data moves efficiently and reliably across your infrastructure:

  • In-wall cable drops using the appropriate high-quality cable (Plenum/non-plenum)
  • Rack-mount and wall-mount networking equipment
  • Internal and external wireless antenna installation, maintenance and tuning

Service Rates (as of June 1st 2009)

  • General Computer Repair: during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm)
  • Server Repair Rates: during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm)
  • Industrial Computer Repair: during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm)
  • Outside regular business hours:
    (Monday-Friday, 6pm-8am and Saturday)- 1.5 times regular rate.
    (Sunday) - 2.0 times regular rate
  • Minimum Call time: 1 hour for on-site calls, 1/2 hour for in-shop calls.
  • Mileage is charged plus time in vehicle from technican's location for emergency calls
